I got my first Cherry Merry Muffin when I was about 7. It was Betty Berry. I remember having let her several days on the balcony because her blueberry smelling was so strong!!! I played a lot with her and about 2 years later I wanted to buy another one. But in France, in the only shop where they were still selling them, they had only Betty Berry and Banancy left. I didn't have the choice but to adopt Banancy. Actually I wanted to have Apple Amy but she was already rare. I remember having played a lot with these two dolls, but I took care of Banancy's hair, I know it's made out of a better quality than Betty Berry's one, that have suffered combing. It's at that time that with my brother I decided to write a Cherry Merry Muffin story, because I didn't find any other. At that time I didn't discovered the tapes from Germany yet.

And here's my story! I have to admit that it's short and there's only the beginning. I never took the time to finish it. I had to translate it because the original version was in French, normal! Then you won't read my 10-years-old-girl's style ;-) As you can see this story has only two chapters (and the beginning of the third one). But I propose you to write the end or just one chapter or more. The best stories will be published here.

Like every morning, Betty Berry is woken up by a sweet sunlight which took her from her dreams. And like every morning too, she said:
«Oh sun, You Sun, who wakes me every morning I wish you a good day.»
Then it's Li'l Dip's turn to wake up but this little lazy boy has not at all the same point of view as Betty about the sun:
«Oh! This sun comes in my eyes and I can't even sleep; that's appalling.»
Betty got up and said:
«Oh Li'l Dip you are again bad tempered. Let's forget it all and let's eat the breakfast!»
And that morning there were blueberry muffins. Mmh!

After a copious breakfast, (delicious besides) Betty receive a phone call:
«I wonder who it is.»
She picks up the phone and hears:
«Hi! It's Banancy, you know the Merry Muffin Land is really not secure, this morning, a Pop Corn avalanche de Pop Corn has fallen on my house and I was wondering if I could live with you.»
«Of course you can come when you wish, there's a boat at 2:00 PM.»
«Ok I'm coming with my stuff, thanks see you soon!»

At 2:00 PM the boat arrived at Banancy's place who had just the time to load her luggage and it went off straight away. After hardly 10 minutes the boat arrived at Betty's place...

And that's all I had on my manuscript that I kept preciously during 15 years! So, if you want to participate to this story, send me your creation. I look forward to read you.
